is good news." Property managers generally live by this adage when it comes to maintenance and cleaning services for
their buildings. Tenants never -or almost never-tell you when things are great, but they won't fail to let you know when something
isn't to their liking.
Then, one day, the diligent property manager finally happens on the incredible: a contractor
who does everything he says he'll do at a reasonable price without disturbing the tenants. Then it gets better.
